Weight Loss Facts:
Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Si calcola che oltre dodici milioni di Italiani soffrono di questo disturbo.
Con il caldo diventa ancora più difficile dormire.
Qualche aiuto può derivare dall’alimentazione.
Vi è una serie di cose da non fare : non bere alcolici, caffè e cioccolato. I primi inducono un sonno di cattiva qualità, i secondi rendono difficile addormentarsi.
Evitare di assumere cibi piccanti o contenti molti grassi . Privilegiare il pane, la pasta, gli zuccheri semplici della frutta, che oltre ad assicurare un buon apporto di fibre, consente di reintegrare,in parte, i Sali minerali persi con l’abbondante sudorazione dell’ Estate.

Vincere la Timidezza Con La Volontà
Alcuni di tali ostacoli, sono estrinseci, fuori di noi, altri sono intrinseci, fanno parte di noi stessi, della nostra personalità ed impediscono spesso la piena attualizzazione delle nostre potenzialità.
Un ostacolo comune , forse uno dei più ricorrenti è la timidezza.
In verità, non sempre chi è timido non ha successo, anzi, la storia ci pone di fronte a personaggi che pur essendo dei timidi, hanno raggiunto le vette della notorietà. Ne citiamo qualcuno: Napoleone, Robespierre, Montesquieu.
Si tratta di eccezioni, eccezioni che sono anche numerose, ma che confermano la regola: la timidezza spesso impedisce l'affermazione personale.
Il timido è introverso, ripiegato in se stesso, molto spesso arrogante, per mascherare la propria condizione caratteriale.
Ma come si combatte la timidezza? Con la volontà, ovvero con quella parte del cervello che rappresenta la coscienza. La timidezza ha sede, infatti, nel subcosciente, nell'ipotalamo. Vedremo in seguito come praticare tale affermazione.

Le Vie Del Successo Sono Infinite
E’ proprio così. Le vie del successo sono infinite, così come sono molteplici i campi in cui si può avere successo, ma queste strade vanno percorse con costanza e determinazione, senza fermarsi, senza indugiare, perché prima o poi, il successo verrà!
